Caribe Resort is a 23-acre condo resort on the tip of the Orange Beach peninsula, where Ole River meets Perdido Pass. Its three towers overlook the marina, the pass, and the Gulf of Mexico, and the white-sand beach is just across Perdido Beach Boulevard – the resort runs a beach trolley to the public beach access, with listed hours of 8 am to 8 pm and on-call service in the off season. With some 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor pools, the water is the main event: a lazy river, outdoor water slides, heated indoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms.
Beyond the pools, Caribe keeps tennis, basketball, pickleball, and bocce ball courts, a fitness center, putting greens, a new mini golf course on the upper deck, and a game room, plus a full-service marina with boat slips for rent on Ole River. Cabanas and a tiki bar sit by the upper pool deck. Cobalt Coffee and Cafe is on site in Building D, and Cobalt The Restaurant is next door under the Perdido Pass bridge.
