We have accumulated questions and answers to our most frequently asked questions!

What is the deposit?
The deposit is 30% of the total price before the lodging tax is applied.

When is the deposit and balance due?
The deposit is due at the time of making a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival on condos and 60 days prior to arrival on single family homes. The deposit applies to the rent.

Do I have to contact you to pay the balance when it is due?
No, we will automatically charge the card on file the day it is due unless otherwise notified. If you requested payment by check, then please make sure it arrives on the due date to ensure your reservation remains confirmed.

Do you take a security deposit?
No. The deposit applies to rent. We keep your credit card on file for any damages. You will be required to agree to a reservation agreement that states we can charge the card on file for any damages occurring during your stay.

How do I get a quote for a property I want to book ?
Find the property on our website, and use it's availability calendar to plug in your dates. Then, press "submit." The reservation system will give you a total price BEFORE you have to enter any credit card information. You can also use the online booking button on the top of the homepage to find availability and total prices for all properties during the dates you wish to vacation.

What is your cancellation policy?
We will refund the deposit minus a $100.00 reservation fee if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival on condos and 60 days prior to arrival on single family homes or duplexes. We also provide optional travel insurance that will cover 100% of your stay if you cancel for "covered reasons." You must purchase the travel insurance when making your reservation online to have this additional coverage. The travel insurance is provided by Travel Guard Insurance.

What is your hurricane policy?
There are no cancellations once the balance is paid in full. We do offer trip insurance in case of a hurricane.

How do I know whether the property is beach front?
Each property has a description of its location. If it does not specifically say "Beach Front," then the property is not beach front. We also provide an address for each property on the website. If you are concerned about the location of the property, then please use mapquest or a similar website to determine its exact location.

Where do I pick up the keys?
Many of our properties have a lockbox at the actual property, thus you will drive directly to the property and retrieve the keys through a lockbox code that will give you in the vacation packet. We send all vacation packets by email. If you are staying at Turquoise Place, we will have a vacation packet with keys at our office in Orange Beach. We are located at 4098 Orange Beach Blvd in Orange Beach Alabama. We are conveniently located within a mile of Turquoise Place. If you arrive after hours, we have an outdoor pick-up at the office. We will provide these details in your vacation packet.

When will I get the vacation packet ?
We send the vacation packet once the final payment is made and the reservation agreement terms have been agreed too. We send all vacation packets to the email address on file. Please note: we will not send a vacation packet until you agree to the reservation terms. If you booked the property online, this will have been part of the online booking and you will not need to do anything else. If you booked via phone, you will need to email us that you agree to the reservation terms once you receive them by email.
