These outdoor accommodations are exclusive to Turquoise Place and cannot be found anywhere else! Turquoise Place 2202C is a large 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo with over 2400 square feet. The Master bedroom has a King Bed with 1 Twin sleeper chair, a King Bed and an additional set of bunk beds, and 2 Full Beds. The overall sleeping capacity is 11! Great unit for large groups or lots of children! Turquoise Place also offers multiple outdoor and indoor pools, a lazy river, tennis courts, pool-side bar and grill, an on-site spa, as well as "private pool cabanas" that are also available for rent by Prickett Properties. The Turquoise Place pool cabanas are over the top! No RESORT except Turquoise Place has air-conditioned pool cabanas with a full-service bar (icemaker included) and a full bathroom, including a shower. There is also a small living area. WOW! This is an extra amenity for rent. 

The C tower pool will be closed for 2023 while they build the new parking deck.  The D tower pool will remain open.  Also, the balcony hot tubs will be closed until Memorial Day.
