Come catch some sun rays at Sunrays! Sunrays is a 9 bedroom, 9 bathroom beach house located directly on the white sandy beaches in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The home offers amazing ocean views from either one of the large balconies. There is also a large private pool the overlooks the beach. Ample parking is available at this home, including 4 spots underneath the home.
From underneath the home you can enter the house through the entryway or you can go up the back balcony stairs. Once you enter the entryway you will be met with a staircase that leads to the first level of the home. 
FIRST LEVEL: The first level has a large open living room area that has several areas relax. There is a game table when you first come up the stairs which seats 6 people. There is also an extra couch for seating. The first floor living room overlooks the ocean through the large windows that run the entire width of the room. The living room has 2 couches, several recliners, and a large flat screen television. The living room has a double door that opens up to the first floor balcony. The first floor balcony spans the entire width of the house, directly facing the beach/ocean. Each side of the balcony has a 4 top table and chairs. This level balcony has a staircase that leads down underneath the home and to the private boardwalk! There are 5 bedrooms located on the first floor and also 5 full bathrooms. 
Bedroom 1 is located on the southeastern side of the home with a King bed, flat screen TV, private doorway to the balcony, ocean views, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bedroom 2 is located on the southwestern side of the home with a King bed, flat screen TV, private doorway to the balcony, ocean views, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Bedroom 3 is located on the northeast side of the home with a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 4 is located on the northcentral side of the home with a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 5 is located on the northwestern side of the home with a Queen bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom does not have a private bathroom, but there is a full bathroom directly across the hallway that acts as the bathroom for both this bedroom and for the common area. There is a shower/tub combination in this bathroom. 
SECOND LEVEL: The first thing you will notice on the second level is the large kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a full appliance package with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a stove/oven. The kitchen will be fully stocked with most cookware, drinkware, silverware, and plenty of plates/bowls/etc. The kitchen also has a bar area that sits 4. The dining area is in the middle of the home and has 2 large dining tables. Each table is set for 10 places. The second living room is located on the south side of the home. There are 2 couches, a recliner, and a large flat screen TV. This living room also hosts floor to ceiling windows and doors that stretch the entire width of the room. So, this is another area to enjoy great beach views. The second level balcony can be accessed from either Gulf side bedroom or through the doors in the living room. This balcony also stretches the width of the home and has several tables and chairs to relax. 
Bedroom 6 is located on the southeastern side of the home with a King bed, flat screen TV, private doorway to the balcony, ocean views, and a private bathroom with jetted tub and a separate walk in shower. Bedroom 7 is located on the southwestern side of the home with a King bed, flat screen TV, private doorway to the balcony, ocean views, and a private bathroom with jetted tub and a separate walk -in shower. Bedroom 8 is located on the northeast side of the home with a Queen bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. Bedroom 9 is located on the northwestern side of the home with 4 sets of Twin over Twin Bunks and a flat screen TV. This bedroom does not have a private bathroom, but there is a full bathroom directly across the hallway that acts as the bathroom for this bedroom and the bathroom for the common area. There is a shower/tub combination in this bathroom. The utility room is also on the second floor and has a side by side washer and dryer. 
On the west side of Sunrays is the private pool. This large pool is approximately 15 feet wide and 25 feet long. The pool is fenced to add a little privacy to it with multiple lounge chairs around the pool deck.

EVENT POLICY- If a property is used for an event, an event fee of $1,500 for additional usage and wear and tear will be added to the normal rental rate. Guest is responsible for informing Prickett Properties, LLC of any events that will be taken place during their stay. The following conditions apply:
- You are responsible for contacting the City of Gulf Shores to obtain and purchase a permit for weddings inside city limits.
- Any gathering over the occupancy limits of the property must receive prior approval from the Owner.
- No more than 50 persons may be on the property for the event and no more than the normal occupancy limit may be in the property at all other times.
- The event must take place outside the home.
- If you contract an outside company to facilitate your event, they must be bonded and insured.
- There must be a plan for adequate sewage and sewage removal on site. (portable chemical toilets).
- A plan for extra trash/garbage removal from site.
- A plan for parking and shuttle service, if needed.
- A plan in the event of inclement weather. If it is discovered that a wedding or other similar event is or has occurred while under this lease agreement, and on which no event fee was paid, the tenant shall be required to pay such fee and pay an additional penalty of $250.00 for such infraction.
