Beach Getaway
This condo complex was located directly on the beach and our condo was comfortable & roomy. The slider off the balcony whistled when the wind blew which was somewhat annoying. The closet doors in the master bedroom are in need of replacement. One bifold came off track & husband managed to reinstall. He noticed it had been taped previously so we didn't use that side anymore. Everything was very clean and the convenience of the washer & dryer was great! We would stay again if visiting Gulf Shores. - (Feb 2020)

Absolutely Fantastic Condo
My husband treated me to this trip to celebrate my 40th Birthday. I was a little nervous booking this condo after some of the reviews I had read. I decided to go ahead and book. I am 100% so happy that I did. This condo was located within walking distance of different places. Everyone was complaining about having to look everywhere for parking, when in reality it was literally 2 minutes up the road, since you are only allowed one parking pass during peak times. We had no problem parking in the public parking lot for the second car we brought. My SUV fit all 6 of us, so there was no need to pick up the car or drop it off. My next favorite thing about this condo is that it is located on the first floor right beside the steps! No reason at all to wait for the elevator, plus you get a little exercise in using the steps. I was so nervous about the beach view. You can sit on the balcony in the morning and enjoy the view of the sunset over the ocean, so if you are looking for a property that doesn't cost an arm and a leg for a beach view, BOOK THIS ONE!!! Thank you so much for letting us stay. If I had any complaint at all, I would highly recommend leaving some dish soap in order for your guest to be able to wash the dishes daily. That is one thing that I did not buy. We used the first pack after it filled up and then the maintenance guys were nice enough to give us an extra one the day we left. We did use the checklist we were given to make sure we brought everything else we were told we needed to bring. OHHHHHH!!!! The beds were super duper comfy!!! The best sleep I have had in forever. If we ever come back to Gulf Shores, we will for sure stay here again!!! - (Jul 2019)

Nice, yet older facility
Love Gulf Shores. Love staying in a place that's walking distance to the shops and eating places. I hate to pay for parking and this place charges for parking and can only get one parking pass - (Jul 2019)

Nice place to stay!
Loved the location and very nice condo roomy and comfortable. Only gave out 1 car Pass which was a disappointment and have to park other vehicle down in public parking very sad. if you had little kids or elderly with you. , But over all we managed and trip was not ruined. Looking forward to another trip soon!! Thanks - (Mar 2019)

If You're Looking for Value, This One Works Great
If You're Looking for Value, This One Works Great. First things first: Although this IS a beachside building, this unit is NOT on the beach side of the building. You won't get the sunrise or sunset unless you go out onto the beach. But if oceanside is a bit pricey for you (and prices in the area have gone up in the past year), this is a clean and comfortable unit that can suit your needs. Pros: the bedrooms and living area are spacious, and the unit will be what you need for up to 6 people. The patio does have a beach view on the west side of the building. Each room has a TV with Dish Network, and the one in the Living Room is suitably large. The kitchen is well stocked (now that we left behind a can opener ; ). In the off season, when the snowbirds are there, it can feel like you have Gulf Shores to yourself, compared to summer. The unit and building seem well maintained. Prickett Properties, the unit owner, was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our 5 -week stay, as it was just what we were looking for in terms of value. The unit is non-smoking, but there is a place for smoking just outside the building, if you need. Cons: While well-stocked with utensils, the kitchen is small-one cook at a time. Unfortunately, the refrigerator leaked from the freezer into the refrigerator pretty much the whole time we were there. (However, this also happened in the last 2 places we stayed, too. Which may be why the technician called out promptly by the owner wasn't able to fix it.) The parking is inordinately expensive-$27.50, and you're not even guaranteed to park on site, although we never had to go elsewhere. Enjoy your stay-we did! - (Jan 2019)

Great location for the money
Great location, great price on condo for off season... Everything was almost perfect...2 small things, there was no iron in our condo and no broom and dustpan... I am not crazy about the sand so I sweep about 6 times a day... I went and purchased a cheap iron and broom with dustpan to bring home with me so not a big deal really... kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed..... - (Oct 2018)

Needs some ceiling fans
It's nice but needs more air flow throughout the unit. I would suggest a few ceiling fans. - (Jul 2018)

The condo we stayed in was very nice.
The place was great. The bedrooms were spacious. We didn't cook in the kitchen but everything we used worked well. My friends and I would like to come back. - (Jul 2018)
