We had a great time and would definitely go back. The house was perfect for our needs. It was missing a few things that would have made it better that we have had at other properties like beach furniture, blow dryer, cookie sheet etc. but it had many that most don't. Enjoyed the Stay

We had 14 adults stay for the week. Plenty of Room. Loved that 6 of the bedrooms had private bathrooms. A midweek pool cleaning would have been nice. We used the pool a lot. More dish towels in the kitchen would have been nice. Frying pans were not the best. Those 3 small suggestions were the only things we noticed. Loved the open floor plan. Used the elevator. Glad I read the details and brought our own beach towels. A great week. - (Feb 2020)

Just awesome

We only had 4 adults and 2 kids, but we wanted a place with private beach access and a private pool. This place looked gorgeous online and maybe even better in person. We have a 2 year old and a 2 month old and it was perfect for them. They napped in the living room while we sat by the pool and we were able to easily look in the huge windows to check on them. We brought a bunch of activities for our 2 year old and he made one of the huge dining tables his activity table. The elevator was a huge help in getting luggage and groceries upstairs, and also when taking the baby up to the bedroom. Even though there were only 4 adults, it was nice to have so much space to get away if we wanted to. We didn't even use the top floor which had 5 more bedrooms. We wanted our son to sleep in the bunk beds, but they were on the top floor, and we were staying on the floor below to have a room with a balcony, so we just put our son in a king bedroom on our level. Then my parents took the other king bedroom on that level with a balcony. The baby slept in our room in a pack and play. It worked out really well. It was nice having a washer & dryer upstairs and downstairs as we constantly had a load of laundry going. We saw dolphins jumping in the ocean most mornings, and the sunrises were amazing to watch on the balcony. Also there are flat screen mounted tv's in every single room. We watch a lot of sports and Disney channel (lol) so that was huge for us. We are already planning to go back next year. - (Sep 2019)

Great Place For a Family or Group Vacation

Overall this was a great place to stay. Yes, the pool is very small, but so are all of the others in rentals at Gulf Shores - and since you're right on the beach you really don't use the pool very much. The house layout is very nice offering great unobstructed views of the beach and the Gulf from the main living level and upper floors of the house. We did have a few minor issues with the elevator, dishwater (required replacement), and a broken bed frame, but the property manager (Prickett Properties) was outstanding! They responded very quickly and resolved the problems to our satisfaction within the same day or early the next day. The kitchen could be better equipped with more plates, silverware, and cooking utensils considering the size of the house. But as I said up front - this was a very nice place to stay and we would definitely come back! We had a family of 15 - 8 adults and 7 adult-aged children and we had room to spare. The bathrooms are also very nice with nice sized showers. This is a fairly new property (less than 1-year old, and I would recommend the owner fence off the openings on each side of the house to block public access to the beach as people renting in apartments on the bay side sometimes cut through the property for beach access. One last thing - plenty of parking is multiple families staying! - (Jul 2019)

Perfect family vacation

We had 17 people stay for a week at the end of May 2019. The house was perfect and very roomy, even for that size group. When I first walked in upon arrival, my thought was the house is even bigger than it looks in the pictures online. A great deal of thought went into the design of this house, and our family could not have been happier with the experience! - (May 2019)

Great house, great location, great time.

We just spent a week at the beach with extended family and had a great time. The elevator was clutch in hauling in groceries and fresh seafood everyday, the access to the beach was perfect. Since this stretch of the beach is all private houses away from big high rise condos this stretch of the beach naturally doesn't attract too many people so it almost felt private. Make sure you come prepared to fully stock a house with all your necessary amenities and cleaning supplies, but they tell you that ahead of time. The staff was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions and requests we had. We had babies and they immediately responded with information on where we needed child gates. And when we weren't sure how to turn on the pool heater, a maintenance guy showed up an hour after I sent the question in email. The only downside was wifi. The coverage is pretty much only available on the bottom floor and isn't very zippy. But we came here to relax so no problems for us! All in all 5 star place. - (Mar 2019)

It was beautiful, spacious and clean with all the necessary amenities and then some!

We had the pleasure of staying the week of Thanksgiving and it was perfect for our family, which consisted of 15 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of space, to relax and enjoy one another's company and with a pool in the deck and a private walkway to the beach, we had everything we could possibly want to make for an outstanding Holiday for all of us! Business/Vacation Trip

This house was great, we have stayed in the Gulf Shores area several times over the years and this was one of the best. Pool was a great addition for those who brought kids not big enough to play in the Gulf. House was well appointed and kitchen was equipped for everything we needed to do. We loved Yassy House!

We rented this home last minute for a bachelorette vacation that was moved from Myrtle beach. The house was adorable, the pool on the deck was a game changer and the view from the ocean front bedrooms is spectacular! The elevator is a bit touchy but it was worth every penny to get to celebrate our friend in this gorgeous house! - (Sep 2018)

Yassy's house is brand new with all best amenities, excellent floor plan and awesome location.

We were big group (8 families) with kids, and this was everyone's first trip to Gulf Shores. We made sweet and loving memories at this place. House is huge, comfy beds, big bathrooms, two full size refrigerators and washer dryers, TV in each room, fast internet, enough parking for 8-9 cars, personal pool, barbecue and direct access to white sandy beach. The house is designed wonderfully.

Loved this house. Was so comfortable and relaxing. Everyone could go in and out to the beach all day. The kids loved going crabbing every night. In a great area but close enough to shopping and attractions you could be there in minutes. The furnishings were very attractive and loved the look.
