Best View of Orange Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our family of 10 fit perfectly. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner. The property is just a short distance away from shops for souvenirs, gas and groceries. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Especially all of those involved with helping Santa deliver presents on time to our room before we arrived. We just had one disappointment and that was the pool and hot tubs being closed. We chose this property because of the spacious indoor swimming area and unfortunately it was closed for reconstruction without any advance notices. Luckily, the property two buildings away allowed us to use their facilities. We still had a ton of fun and cant wait to come back. - (Dec 2019)

Orange Beach

Condo was nice. The only aggravation we had was that the door stop to the main entry did not work, which made it difficult to get in/out if you were carrying things and needed the door propped open. Overall - nice place. - (Oct 2019)

Great experience and property.

We love the Phoenix VI property. Always stay in one of their condos when visiting Orange Beach. First time renting through VRBO. Excellent experience! Rental process was a bit long with lots of emails and links and payment options but easy check in/out and great communication! Condo itself was good. Could use a few fix ups/upgrades and could have been a little cleaner when we arrived but nothing we couldn't handle during our stay! - (Jul 2019)

Good value

Great value for the space you get right on the beach. Everything was clean and as described. The only thing I will share is that the master bathroom is tiny. It's perfectly usable, but it is small. You don't get luxury here, but you certainly get plenty of room, a beautiful ocean view, and exactly what's promised. - (Jun 2019)

Kids spring break

Best stay yet!

My family (2 adults and 7 children) come to orange beach every summer and was our favorite stay to date! Condo was clean, spacious, and a perfect walk to the beach. My kids had a blast with the accommodations. Parking isn't always great but it didn't take away from our stay. We rented chairs for the week right over the pier so no lugging all our beach gear. I would definitely suggest for any large family. - (Jul 2018)

Beds need Work

Overall was good but the beds made noise in master and room with 2 beds. Bathrooms are not as large as most 3 bedroom units. Unit was clean. - (Apr 2018)
