Turquoise Place 404D is a beachfront condo with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and over 2400 square feet. This condo was the model unit and is located on the amenity level. Being located on the same level as the Lazy River, indoor pool, and Gym provides the convenience of not having to use the elevators to access certain amenities. There is a King size bed in each bedroom and a Twin fold out that can be placed in any of the rooms, providing a sleeping capacity of 6 to 8. At Turquoise Place, you have full access to all amenities, including an outdoor Lazy River, tennis courts, 2 huge outdoor pools (one which is heated seasonally), 2 Huge indoor pools/hot tubs with spacious steam rooms and dry saunas, along with a state-of-the-art fitness center. If you want to stay on the beach in the lap of luxury, this is it!

Good but needs a few updates
Very spacious! Quiet, good balcony and a great location. Kitchen is well stocked but needs a few cooking items replaced. Dining table and coffee table are showing wear. Master suite is better than 5 star. With a few updates this would be a favorite condo. - (Jun 2018)

Very nice.
Room was very nice. ( Housekeeping could do better cleaning and dusting.) Indoor pool by our room wasn't working or heated until time for us to leave. Beach was beautiful and clean. Even with some issues we had a great time and I would recommend the room. Very convenient to parking, gym, lazy river and play area. Three stars is not for room it was 4 1-2 stars. 3 stars for facility not having pool working. - (Nov 2017)
